Confidentiality: The career search process is complicated enough without worrying about confidentiality issues. Confidentiality is key to a successful career search and your peace of mind. Our contracts with all of our law firm clientele across the globe include a non-disclosure clause and we are committed to maintaining a discrete and confidential search for our candidates. Candidate Trust: Our firm does not submit the names or resumes of any candidate to any law firm without the candidate’s permission.

Client Guarantee: We provide a prorated reimbursement of our placement fee should a candidate leave the employment of a law firm within six months of the placement.

No Recruiting from Clients: Our contract provides that we will not recruit anyone from a law firm at which one of our candidates is placed for a period of six months following the candidate’s start date.

Fees: Candidates pay us no fee. We work with the top law firms to bring them high-credentialed talent.

Attorney Referrals: If you or a qualifying referral of yours is successfully placed at a law firm with Excel Global for a base salary in excess of $160,000.00, we will pay you a $1,000.00 referral fee. (Please ask an Excel Global professional for details).
